THE REASON WHY
I greet everyone of you by the mercies of our Lord Jesus Christ and by His everlasting love, peace be with you all.
I pray that you receive this engrafted Word of God with meekness which is able to save your soul. Remain bless.
Many of us fail in our walk with God and also in our purpose in life because we are METHODICAL FOLLOWING A DYNAMIC GOD, in such away that when He changes moves, we think that He is no longer with us and therefore become confused and discouraged, thereby affecting our walk and relationship with Him. This also hinders us from fulfilling purpose.
Our God is a dynamic God and we should be ready to follow Him dynamically fitting into every level of His walk and dealings with us. What am trying to say ever since is that ,we should be flexible with God. But the truth is,  for us to be dynamic with our walk with God, we must be lead by the dynamic spirit who is the Holy Spirit.
The bible in Romans chapter 8 vs 14 says
" For as many as are lead by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God ".
For your information, this leading by the Holy Spirit of God is not methodical, it is dynamic. The truth of the matter is, when we are methodical with God, we are continuously exposed to drinking from the old wineskin. It would cause us to perpetually love Horeb and remain there instead of taking new steps and march toward canaan.
Being methodical makes us operate in the same revelation, level of anointing, insight, ...etc hindering us from a better walk with God and fulfilling purpose maximally.
Proverbs 3 vs 5-6 says
" Trust in the Lord with all your heart; and lean not on your own understanding
6 In all your way acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your path".
What God is saying here is that you should let go of every method that you know and follow Him as He leads you dynamically, not leaning on  your own understanding or method. I tell you, your walk with God would be smoother, the devil wouldn't tossed with you any how, and you will fulfill maximum purpose.
For you to experience the dynamic leadership of God, you must seek to know Him afresh everyday

                  THE JOURNEY SO FAR

Today I heard a man of God say something that struck my spirit "thanks giving is the spiritual code for multiplication" he went further to say "Gratitude is last digit of God's phone number". this got me thinking more than a thousand reasons to thank God.first on my list is an AMAZING 2ND PHASE OF THE SHEKINAH ARMY TENURE, starting with a paradigm shifting excos day with the theme:TO HIS GLORY
well due to time or maybe my laziness to type, let me just highlight other major events.
The campus stood still as PFM celebrated her Anniversary,if you weren't present, you missed a unique flow of corporate anointing as the event was flooded with past presidents, elders and fellowship Generals of old whose names are too numerous to mention, not forgetting our brethren from the mother campus Elele who joined in the celebration

This was closely followed by foundation school day a week later with an earth trembling theme and a gentle reminder: come unto me
not forgetting the move of the spirit on the prayer force day 2016, powerful beyond human comprehension I must say

and finally peaking it all on the brothers and sisters cord mini day with yet another powerful theme: The power of decision.

these and 999 other things are a good reason to thank my Almighty.with this I say Abasi sosongo.

POWER OF DECISION

Decisions come in all shapes and sizes.
Every day we face decisions about what to eat, whether to exercise, how to use our time. Over the years these regular decisions generally become habits, and we don’t think much about them. If we have guided these small decisions well from the start, we don’t really have to worry about them.
When we haven’t made good choices, however, even these seemingly small decisions can blossom into serious bad habits like procrastination or an unhealthy lifestyle.
We also fairly regularly run into larger decisions that may have even bigger immediate and long-term consequences. What will we study? Where will we live? Who will we marry? What church will we go to?
Will we allow ourselves to be pulled in by the soft porn we stumble across?

Here are some 10 bible principles for making wise decisions

1. What Biblical Principles Should Inform My Decision?

Proverbs 2:6
“For the Lord gives wisdom; from His mouth comes knowledge and understanding.”
Proverbs 3:5-6
“Trust in the Lord with all of your heart and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.”
1 Corinthians 10:31
“So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.”
2 Corinthians 6:14
“Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what partnership has righteousness with lawlessness? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?”
Proverbs 22:7
“The rich rules over the poor, and the borrower becomes the lender’s slave.”
Philippians 4:8
“Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things.”
Questions To Ask
1. What does the Bible have to say about that?
2. Who can help me better understand what God’s Word says about this decision?
3. Make sure you are not the only one who holds to your interpretation.

2. Do I Have All The Facts?

Proverbs 18:13
“He who gives an answer before he hears, it is folly and shame to him.”
Proverbs 18:17
“The first to plead his case seems right, until another comes and examines him.”
Questions To Ask
1. Ask a lot of questions.
2. Don’t fall prey to “wishful thinking”or let your emotions get the best of you.
3. Remember that there are two sides to every story.

3. Is The Pressure Of Time Forcing Me To Make A Premature Decision?

Proverbs 19:2
“Also it is not good for a person to be without knowledge, and he who makes haste with his feet errs.”
Proverbs 21:5
“The plans of the diligent lead surely to advantage, but everyone who is hasty comes surely to poverty.”
Questions To Ask
1. Beware of the “once in a life time” deal and the lure of instant gratification.
2. Don’t let the fear of missing out drive your decision.
3. When in doubt, leave it out.

Diligence: Why Does God Prize It?

Have you ever heard the admonition “You’ve got to be diligent!” given to you or someone else? Often parents, teachers, coworkers or bosses will remind, encourage or instruct others with those words. But what is diligence, and how are we to become diligent?
According to the Oxford Universal Dictionary, diligence is “careful attention, industry, assiduity; unremitting application, persistent endeavour.” A diligent person is described as “assiduous, industrious, conscientious, thorough; not idle, not negligent, not lazy.”

What it takes to be diligent

There is a lot in the definition of diligence, yet to some people it all simply means hard work. Without a doubt, hard work is a part, but there is more we should understand.
Notice an underlying thread is responsibility and reliability. People need to know they can rely on us to complete a given task to the absolute best of our ability. The diligent man or woman will make every effort to follow through on everything he or she starts, which requires self-discipline.
People with discipline have a goal, a vision of what is to be accomplished by their efforts. Keeping that vision in mind helps them stay focused and on task, even when the task at hand is laborious and tedious. Here is the strange truth: People without a vision or objective in life that they can diligently throw themselves into are inevitably unhappy.

NEEDLESS PAIN Matt.6:25-27, Jn14:27.

Why worry when you can pray? The hymn writer observed,"What a great privilege we forfeit, what needless pain we bear, all because we do not carry everything to God in prayer!" Prayer helps to stir up and increase our faith. When faith comes in, fear, anxiety, unbelief and worry will jump out. When the enemy thrusts the arrow of worry and anxiety to you, the solution is for you to arise and pray to God. You shouldn't worry about the future when you have the Alpha and Omega as your God. You shouldn't worry about what you will eat drink or wear if the Great Provider is with you. You shouldn't overly worry about the enemy if the Lord of hosts is for you. If you worry, it is needless pain and it amounts to sin.

REVELATION FOR RESTORATION Ephesians 3:1-5, Daniel 8:27.

The Lord delights in restoring the lost fortunes of His children. One of the method He uses is to reveal the identity and strategies of the thief to the victims. Revelation is a powerful instrument for restoration and breakthrough in every area of life.  Evidently; without revelation, restoration may be a mirage despite hardwork.

#testimony# 3sisters from the eastern part of Nigeria noticed that 7people out of 13members of their family died within 3months. Only the 3of them were born again. So they ran to a man of God to find out what was happening. The man of God prayed and saw a revelation that there was a tree planted in their compound were they plucked vegetables for food. But a fetish power had been planted underneath the tree. The idea was that anyone that ate its leaves would die. The man of God prayed again to know why the tree was poisonous and the Lord revealed to him that somebody with whom they were fighting over a land did it. Because he wanted to eliminate everybody so he will take over the land. The man of God then ask the Lord what could be done to save the situation. The Lord told him to pray that the fetish object planted under the tree should be uprooted. The people of God prayed and the tree dried to the root. As a result the problem stopped and nobody died again.

If they were not born again and had gone to seek redress through anyother means, they would have only ended up strengthening their enemy.
You must do everything only by divine revelation. Just like Paul the apostle shows in today's passage, receive divine guidance and let God make things known unto you by revelation.

THE REFRESHING DRINK Matt.5:6, Jn.7:37-38, Is.55:1.

It is highly rewarding to have passion for spiritual things. God is ready to fill His children's cup to overflowing. But, the problem is that a lot of people are not ready to receive what God wants to offer. The greatest problem among believers today is spiritual dryness. Revival comes when God's people are ready to go to the fountain of living water. Any serious Christian must have at least one or two days in a week for fasting and praying. The reason why you need to do this is to charge your batteries and get your cup filled over and over again. The enemies cannot catch you unawares, when you keep charging your batteries.

7 WAYS TO RELIEVE STRESS

1. Admit There's a Problem

Those familiar with programs like AA will tell you the first step to recovery is owning up to the fact that a problem exists. And they are right.
This requires a lot of humility. Anxiety in particular can be hard to own up to because it makes us feel weak in an area where so many others appear to be strong. The temptation is to keep pushing and hope the anxiety goes away on its own.
As I learned the hard way, however, pushing through without addressing the problem can lead to an inevitable and ugly crash. I was dealing with anxiety for a very long time before I would acknowledge it. It wasn’t until I started having debilitating panic attacks that I finally admitted there was a problem.
Had I owned up to the problem sooner, I could have spared both myself and my family a lot of pain.

2. Stop Self-Medicating

Many who struggle with stress and anxiety develop their own ways of coping along the way. Some respond to stress by snacking constantly on junk food. Some drink to take the edge off. Others camp out in front of the television for hours on end.
None of these are healthy ways of dealing with stress and anxiety. Most of us intrinsically know this. What we don’t often realize, however, is that responding to stress in these ways can actually work against our body’s ability to fight back and get healthy, not to mention what it can do to our soul.
In other words, unhealthy coping mechanisms often make it worse, creating an endless cycle of stress and self-medication.

3. Take Care of Yourself Physically

In his letter to the Corinthians, the Apostle Paul encourages believers to remember that our body is a living temple, one that has been bought at a great price, and therefore we ought to glorify God with it. Taking care of our bodies, therefore, is a spiritual endeavor.
This is particularly important for those who struggle with stress and anxiety as our physical health is connected to our mental health. Regular exercise, for example, has been shown to significantly reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression. One study in particular showed that those who regularly exercise were 25 percent less likely to develop depression or an anxiety disorder over the next five years.
One of my favorite anxiety moments in the Bible is found in 1 Kings 19 when Elijah is so overwhelmed by his circumstances that he wants to end his life. In that moment, God didn’t give him a pep talk or shame him for his lack of faith. Instead, He gave him a meal and let him go to sleep. Twice.
Learning to rest is an important part of taking care of the body God has entrusted us with. Sometimes the most spiritual thing we can do is take a nap.

There are some things about God
that can only be learned through suffering.

HAND -OVER / WORKERS DAY

One of the greatest invitations to prayer ever given to anyone was spoken to Jeremiah when he was in prison for preaching the truth God said.
“call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show the great and mighty things which thou knowth  not. (Jeremiah 33:3)

God mercifully spoke to him in his distress with both a command and invitation. Have you ever had an important person give you a card with their unlisted number in it and say “call me”. If someone important gives you his private number, that is a great privilege.
Almighty God came to Jeremiah and did put that: (jere 33:3). This verse express the importance of the person who spoke to Jeremiah. And like Jeremiah, we have his personal number. He gave us his card, saying, “there it is” and “I want you to call me”.
There’s not one of us who cannot contact heaven. Never say in a situation, ”there’s nothing I can do”. You can pray. Every fact use in our lives, when properly analyzed.
There’s not a single sin in our lives that proper prayer would not have avoided or bolt out, the not a need prayer cannot meet. Prayer is our greatest source of untapped power! Our spiritual lives will not use above our prayer lives. We must learn to pray. When don’t pray, we deny ourselves an incredible privilege.
God can do anything he wishes. There’s no prayer too hard for God to answer, no problem too big to solve, no person too lost to save. Nothing lies outside the reach of prayer except that which lies outside the will of God.
Prayer is your guided missile. It can be fired from any spot. It travels undetected at the speed of thought. It hits the target every time. And if you don’t see the answer right away, remember it can have delayed detonation. Satan has no defense against your prayers. There is no anti-prayer missile.

THE BEAUTY OF YOUR TALENT

Sunday 15 May 2016

THE EFFECT OF EFFECTIVE  PRAYER
We all want our prayers to be answered and be effective so much that we focus on the results of our prayers only that we love sight of the incredible privilege we have in prayer . For people like us to be able to speak to the centre of the universe is itself an amazing thing. The most astounding thing is the fact that he hears hear us and acts on our behalf. Jesus who is our lord and savior had to suffer and die on the cross to even make it possible for us to approach throne of grace to worship and pray[HEBREWS 10:19-25] .
When we pray , we are communicating with God, Effective prayer has more to do with the one doing the prayer, has more to do with the one doing the prayer than it does with how we are to pray. The bible says on 2 chronicles 7:14, if my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray that he will hear from heaven, forgive their sins and hear their cry. If only you will humble yourself and pray, you will be amazed at what God will do because things work faster with prayer .
The bible has example of people who prayed and how prayer helped them , we have the likes of:
Daniel [Daniel 6:11] Prayer saved him from the Lion’s den.
The barren Hannah’s prayer[1 Samuel  1:20]
Apostle Paul ‘s prayers  even caused the earth to shake.
Our prayers should be in line with God ‘will, but if we do not know what to pray for, Paul reminds us that as God’s  children we can rely on the holy spirit to intercede for us , as the Spirit intercedes for the saints in accordance with God’s will[ROMANS 8:27]
                                 BENEFITS OF THE EFFECTIVE PRAYER

1. Prayer brings you close to God.
2. Prayer brings help.
 3. Your sins are forgiven in prayer.
4. Prayer strengthens us.
5. Prayer helps you change your ways.
6. Prayer brings faster results.

I  live you with this:
We should have the confidence In approaching God.No matter how great our sins , fears, problems, pain and trials is , believe on the bible verse [1st john 5:14-15] that if we ask anything according to his will, he will hear us.
