EVANGELISM DAY 2015
THEME:AT THE TOMB

EVANGELISM DAY 2015
THEME:  At the Tomb
TEXT: Matthew 28:1-7, 1peter 4:1-11, 1 thesolonia 4:142
MEMORY VERSE: Matthew 28:6 “He is not here for he is risen as he said,                                   come see the place where the lord lay”
A tomb is a grave especially one built of stone below or above the ground. I believe we all know what a grave means. A grave is where the body of those who have passed on lie (people who are no more). But in this context of “at the tomb” tomb here represents a dead situation, suffering, sadness, trouble, trial, tribulation, bondage e.t.c At the tomb when a body is been place there, it is forever, it does not resurrect back to life, but the great news is that Jesus defeated the law of death Matthew 28:1-7 this is what is what our hope is built 0n (the resurrection of Jesus).
Jesus died to set us free, to make us whole by his blood. Jesus died and conquered the grave and destroyed the power of sin and death. So we as Christians are not supposed to still suffer the pain and partake of that sin which Jesus has already taken away. 1 peter 4:1-11, we are meant to operate under the saving power of Jesus Christ. His death and all that he suffered(Matthew 27:1) represents those tough and different times which we go through as students which seems as though there is no restoration nor breakthrough, but rejoice because Christ rose up again on the third day and  so his resurrection depicts redemption, restoration and revival. You have been already and so you have the keys to unlock every closed door because Christ has given us victory and everlasting life through his saving grace.
You have that key within you, all you have to do is to operate within it and do not throw the key away, for you are privileged.
Well, if you are wondering how you can operate or have access to the redemption victory which Christ has given to us. It begins with you being saved. The first step is to accept Christ into your into your life, believing him and confessing that he is your personal Lord and savior. Secondly, you have to be acquainted with his word and find out what his word says about you.
You also have to develop a strong prayer life because the bible says we as Christians need to watch and pray (1 peter 4:7) so my brethren we have a friend in Jesus and he is able to see you through till the end. Remember, the victory and the keys which God has given to you is your life, so run with it.

THE BEAUTY OF YOUR TALENT
A gift like no other, strictly from God to man. “Talent” Talent is a natural ability to do something. Beauty (the quality of being pleasing to the sense or to mind).most often people tend to love other people’s talent and never want to discover their own talents. Thereby, loving other people’s talent and wanting to be like them. Moreover their talent might even be better than what some people think. In (Luke 19:11-26), the servant that used their pound gained extra and were rewarded by their master and the one that did not use it was punished. You have to discover your talent to be able to do God’s will,. This is to say that your talent will give you the sense to do the right things.
The beauty of your talent can only be seen when you know your talent and use it well. Your talent will make people look up to you and know you are doing what you are called for. If you know and master your talent, you can do anything because even Jesus himself said he has commanded us to go to the world and has given us the power (matthew28:18-20).
Your Talent is your key to heaven, use it well.
