WHAT
ARE YOU LIVING FOR
By
Priye
Abraham
“if what you are living for is not worth dying for, then it’s
not worth living”
God raises up leaders to take up causes that are much greater
than themselves. However, these causes are fruit birthed as a result of
personal crises or conviction then this leads to a greater and larger cause.
Martin Luther king ………….
Had a personal conviction that racial discrimination was wrong;
He sought to change this through preaching and non violent demonstrations. It
wasn’t long before these a movement larger than any one person.
Was a political state man in England, He came to Christ when
He was twenty eight years old. He began to have personal conviction about
slavery in England and he committed his life to the goal of destroying slavery,
he finally achieved his goal after fifty years of work, his work also resulted
in sixty four world changing mutative before he died.
The popular movie, Brave Heart
Portrays the story of William Wallace who led a rebellion
against the English king named Edward the long shanks, born in 1272 Wallace
grew up under the persecution from the wicked king but Wallace led rebellion
resulted to the freedom.
Note below
Your own ministry to those who are in need may begin as
personal crisis; this may develop later into a call to serve your generation.
Has God allowed a crisis in your life? Praise God! He often raises leader and
begin movement as a result of personal crisis.
Psalms 82:1-8, 2Theselonian3:10-18
THE RELATIONSHOP
Written by:
Sparkle- Dove
Relationship is the way in which two people, group or
countries behave towards each other. Bringing it nearer home, it is a loving
friendship between two people. Relationship can also be visualized as two
people in a ship towards one direction. Relationship is one of our greatest
assets and God want us to value it. A relationship with God is the most
important relationship any one can have and it is only built on fellowship.
We enter into relationship with God by receiving salvation,
which is a free gift given to us by God’s grace by faith through Christ Jesus.
Having a relationship with God is abiding in the presence of God, He turns our
mind away from our problems towards the need of others. God’s presence in us
will enable us do good things for others and do it with ease.
In building a solid relationship with God, we should be able
to sacrifice our all to keep that relationship rolling. 2 Samuel 24:24 David
who we all know as a man after God‘s heart revealed that He will not sacrifice
to God a burnt offering that cost him nothing. Even Abraham went as far as
wanting to sacrifice his son to God. We should build up that kind of mindset an
sacrifice to God and this should be our main objective.
I know god have a personal relationship with you and you have
a personal knowledge of him, understand him, appreciate him, love him and most
all serve him with a pure heart and a willing mind because, that is the essence
of our being. “KNOW GOD FOR YOUR SELF”
ALL
THAT MATTERS
By

Ann Ebisidor
I was made to understand that God’s
love surpasses all…
Growing up and becoming an adult,
I have come to the realization that
indeed
His love is unconditional.
There were times I slipped out of his
sight
But his grace and mercy kept me
There is no God like Jehovah
The one who makes me strong even in
my weakness……
He makes me smile even in my pains…..
He never left me alone
He amazes me every day in so many
ways
I know I want more…..
In order for me to stand firm with
God
I desire a personal relationship with
God.
Since I made that decision, I have
never had a regret
I urge you today that you need to
have a personal relationship with God,
Because all that matters after all is
“KNOWING GOD FOR YOUR SELF”
THE SPIRIT
OF GRACE
by
ARHORE GRACE
Hebrew 10:29 tells us that it is the Holy Spirit who impact
grace.
Grace is God’s riches at Christ expenses. It is the grease
for ease. God’s grace is available for us all, but until we say to ourselves,
we are tied of doing things ourselves, by our might, grace cannot set in, and
therefore you have to give all to God.
It is no wonder the Bible says that by strength shall no ma
prevail. When God makes the changes, He gets the glory, therefore He won’t let
anything get done in our might.
It is definitely frustrating to try to help someone who keeps
pushing you away……. Ephesians 3:2 kjv and it say’s we are living in
dispensation of the grace of God.
NO NEED
TO FEAR
by
Tammunor
Indeed, many of us struggle with fear. Let me begin by saying
that those of us who are believers in Jesus Christ have no need to fear. He is
always with us, He loves us with a perfect love and as 1 John4:18 says there is
no fear in love.
God knows the minute He calls us to do anything big or small
that will take us to a new level. But then, the first emotion that typically
hits us is fear. Whether it low level nervousness or full blown panic, most of
us experience some degree of fear when we think of doing something new. Our
minds are filled with excitement, yet we still think; what if this? What if
that? What if……, what if……
Stop doubting God; believe you can do it because the Bible
says “you can do all things through Christ that strengthens you”.
INTOXICATING POWER
Power intoxicates! And absolute power intoxicates absolutely.
The time has come for we Christians to become absolutely intoxicated with the
only absolute power that exists. The power of the living God is absolute and
can be released into your life through:
A The power of
the new birth
C The power of
heartfelt prayer
D The power of
the name of Jesus
E The power of
the blood of JESUS
F The power of
testimonies
G The power of
the Holy Ghost
H The Gospel
power and so on.
All this are
necessary for our Christian life because;
i it is
impossible to triumph without power
ii when Gods
power is in place, you’re in charge
iii you are born
of power, you can’t afford to die a weakling
FRIENDS
IT’S TIME TO WORK IN GODS POWER!!!
by
JOYCE.
Our father, who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy
kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day
our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass
against us and lead us not into temptation but deliver us from all evil….
PRAYER
Prayer is simply communicating with God, listening and
talking to him. Believers can pray from the heart, freely, spontaneously, and
in their own words.
WHAT IS THE CORRECT
POSTURE FOR PRAYER
There is no correct posture for prayer. In the Bible, people
prayed on their knees (1 kings 8:54), bowing (Exodus 4:31) on their faces
before God (2 Chronicles 20:18, Mathew 26:39), and standing (1 kings 8:22). You
may pray with your eyes opened or closed, quietly or out loud where ever you
are most comfortable or least distracted.
PRAYER DEVELOPS OUR
RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD
Prayer (communicating with God) helps us grow closer and more
intimately connected with God.
One of the simplest reasons to spend time in prayer is
because the lord instructed us to pray. Obedience is a natural by-product of
discipleship. If you do not know how to pray and you are ready to communicate
with god, the Holy Spirit will help you. He is our perfect guide.
