Pentecostal Fellowship of Madonna, Okija

The PENTECOSTAL FELLOWSHIP OF MADONNA is pleased to welcome you all to yet another academic session.  We trust your break was fine because we trust in the LORD and those that trust in the LORD shall be like mount ZION which shall never  be removed.

While at home PFM at large organized a three days conference with the THEME: “THE GATHERING OF THE EAGLES”. I will not fail to tell you that the three days was something words alone cannot describe, it was glorious, beautiful, wonderful, awesome, great, colourful  splendid. You need to see how the glory of God was radiating round about every single person that was there and the events that took place.

There was much joy and happiness from the day one, people got to see their loved ones that they have not seen for quite a long time, there hugs, shout of joy. The mere fact of getting together once again was just enough reason for the conference to hold one of the participants said.

The first night was awesome as the preacher for the night reminded us of the need for UNITY amongst ourselves. He said that it will catapult us to another height as it is very important. “IGWEBUIKE” meaning there is strength in number is something that will make us soar higher and higher. He did not fail to mention the place of LOVE equally as a vital tool for UNITY.

The second day was action packed. In the morning the preacher talked about BUSINESS and CAREER. He said it is important to be a solution career, because if you are a solution career you will stand before kings.

The preacher reminded us that a man that is sleeping cannot excel. He said there is something inside of you because God did not create any man empty and that very thing that is inside of you is what will take you before kings.

In conclusion he said if you are ordinary you are common, but if you are extra – ordinary you are supernatural.

At about  4pm it was a football match between the leaders from 1999 -2009 and from 2009 till date.

I must confess the match was interesting but the elders were actually the elders. The match ended 6 – 4 in favour of the 1999 – 2009 leaders.

Rawlins Obode aka “Raw is war” said that because they love us so much and they have been there before us they won’t say there was a loser and he concluded that the match ended 5 – 5. Meanwhile a presently serving elder in Okija campus said that they did not expect the match to be like that and that they were amazed as to the way they played.

At about 8pm the dinner night started and it was all colorful and wonderful, people in the house were recognized and it was all happiness galore. After the acknowledgement it was turn for the praise and worship session, this part was just something else, His presence was manifested in full as we all wanted that part all over and all over and all over and all over again.

The final day gave birth to another form of leadership as election was held to determine which people will represent PFM. The pioneer papa of the ORGANISED PRESS CREW emerged as first president.
